Cen-Tex Medical Claims is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). As a Business Associate of yours we will protect the personal information of your patients as required by HIPAA.

We will use the information we are given only when required as a normal part of the billing process with utmost regard to confidentiality and privacy for both the provider and their patients. We store the information in a protected manner and our employees are trained to recognize the importance of protecting personal information at all times. We use technical safeguards to ensure your records are kept secure. We shred all disposable paperwork containing any personal information.

We do not share any information concerning any of our providers or their patients with any third-party sources for advertising, marketing or any other reason.

With Cen-Tex Medical Claims, you can be confident that confidentiality is one of our top priorities and your privacy will always be maintained.

According to HIPAA regulations, you are a covered entity and Cen-Tex Medical Claims would be your business associate. Any of your business associates must agree to comply with your privacy practices and policies.
