Credential & Contracting

We can provide you with credentialing services to assist you in becoming an in-network provider with all the major insurance carriers. We will complete and submit the network applications for you. After submission, we will follow up on the applications regularly and track their progress for you, handling any requests for additional records, corrections and/or documentation. The credentialing process generally takes 90 to 180 days for most companies to recognize you as an in-network provider.

CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) is an online database for medical professionals to create a profile containing much of the information needed by insurance companies for credentialing. Many insurance companies rely on this database to get information needed to process network applications. We can set this up for you or, prior to us starting your network applications, you can set up your CAQH profile for yourself. Creating a CAQH profile yourself will expedite the application process. Once the profile is set up, we will happily take care of the regularly required CAQH updates. In addition to the information on your CAQH profile, we will need additional clinical and practice information to fulfill network application requirements.
