Pricing

Our rates are competitively priced for the services we provide. Because we will custom fit our billing services to meet your exact needs, we will work up a price quote after an initial meeting. We consistently strive to offer the best services at a competitive price.

When contracting for our Comprehensive Billing Service, you are invoiced on a percentage of your receipts for the prior month. That means you will never pay for unpaid claims, contract discounts, or uncollectible balances. We will bill you only for funds which you have already received.

Other services are billed at a per-claim fee or an hourly rate, based on your program options. Credentialing and contracting services are billed at an hourly rate, with no minimums.

We also have a minimal $100.00 one-time initial setup fee to cover the cost of setting up a provider in our system.
