We are a full-service billing company and we specialize in personalizing our services for your practice and your specific billing needs. We can provide you with billing services which will take care of all your accounts receivable functions and furnish you with accurate and easy-to-read reports detailing your patient accounts and the profitability of your practice. Our billing software performs several computer edits on your claims to ensure acceptance by the insurance carriers, and transmits them to the clearing house who then forwards the claims to the individual carriers. By contracting with us, you will take advantage of today’s technology that will considerably reduce your accounts receivable balance, decrease the amount of rejected claims, and tremendously reduce the paperwork that you are currently shuffling.

Our Comprehensive Billing Service

This service does everything an office manager would do, with the exception of appointments and reception. This service includes:

• Insurance verification prior to the first visit
• Filing of all insurance claims
• Filing of amended and secondary claims
• Follow-up on payment of claims
• Keeping track of authorized visits with reminders to provider when updates are needed
• Letters of appeal for improperly paid claims
• Patient billings
• Semi-monthly patient statements
• Patient Account Ledgers, if desired
• Practice management reports including Practice Analysis and Accounts
• Receivable Aging

Our staff is trained to be very detail oriented and will review your accounts on a regular basis, diligently following up on your unpaid claims until the claims have been properly processed. You will be assigned an account representative who will be familiar with your account and your patients.

Claim Filing Services

For those providers who have the time to handle some of their accounts receivable process themselves, we offer a service to file your claims electronically to ensure your claims are "clean" upon submission and secure faster payments. These services are billed on a per-claim basis and include the electronic (or paper) transmission of claims. No follow up services are included in the base price.

Customized Services

We can provide assistance anywhere in between the above described services to meet your specific needs. For instance, we can verify benefits for all your patients, file your claims electronically, then follow up on only the claims that are unpaid after 30 days and appeal those that have denied incorrectly. We are flexible and can work with you to set up a billing program that provides you with the level of service you want.

Credentialing & Contracting

We offer credentialing services to assist you in becoming an in-network provider with all the major insurance carriers. We will complete and submit the network applications for you. After submission, we will follow up on the applications regularly and track their progress for you, handling any requests for additional records, corrections and/or documentation. The credentialing process generally takes 90 to 180 days for most companies to contract with you as an in-network provider.
